This Easy Guide Reveals Song Playing Secrets Of Top Session Guitarists

So You Can “Play Guitar By Ear” And Learn Songs In Minutes – Even If

You’re A Newbie

Responsive image

Dear Fellow Guitar Lover and Songwriter,

Do you struggle for hours trying to play your favorite songs on guitar?

Do you ever feel frustrated when you can’t get the songs you hear in your head to make it through your fingers on the fretboard?

If so, you’re not alone!

In fact, for years, every time I tried to learn or write a song on my guitar, it was a disaster.

Responsive image

I was 13 years old. And all I wanted for my birthday was a guitar. When my birthday came, my dad drove me down to the local pawn shop and bought me my first guitar.

He helped me change the strings and gave me a few tips, and then pretty much left the rest up to me.

That was a long time ago…(when I would sit with my guitar listening to records at half speed, hoping to pick up licks like my heroes Ace Frehley and Neal Schon were putting down).

But now YOU have an even bigger problem…

There Are So Many “Bad” Tabs Online And “Wrong” YouTube Videos

You Could Spend Hours Trying To Figure Out A Simple Song

And Just End Up Frustrated And Confused

Has this ever happened to you?

You hear a song you want to play on the radio. So you jump on your computer to look up the tab and “how to play….” on YouTube.

What happens then?

About 500 videos come up. And you spend the next few hours just watching and trying to figure where to put your fingers. But you end up more confused than when you started because of all the conflicting information.

One guy says, “do this.” Another says, “do that.” And you finally decide that you’ve had enough. And in no time flat you think: “This shouldn’t be so damn hard.”

So then you decide taking private lessons might be better. Because you think a one-on-one instructor will answer your questions.

But there’s another problem… You and your “professional instructor” just aren’t compatible…why on earth do so many slackers get the idea to become guitar instructors?

After spending your precious lesson time practicing boring exercises and scales that get you nowhere…you call it quits because you have little to show for it.

The Truth Is You Already Have What It Takes

To Play Any Song And Even Write Your Own Smash Hits

Think about it…

When you learn a song that you can hum along to, how’d you learn it? By listening, of course. Not by reading the tab or watching a video. Which makes sense, right?

Because you’re a musician. You learn by listening. Not reading.

In fact, when you look at the human brain, in a weird way you already know how to play the songs you hear. Because your brain in an automatic song-learning machine.

You remember sounds and store them automatically and unconsciously, even when you’re not paying attention.

Which means, you can soak up and play songs incredibly fast.

Science proves it….

Researchers from the Brain Sciences Department at the Ivy League school, Dartmouth College, discovered that the brain’s auditory cortex, the part that handles sounds from your ears, holds on to musical memories.

Using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to measure brain activity, the researchers found that study-participants could mentally fill in the blanks if a familiar song was missing short snippets.

In the test, researchers played music, hit the mute button, and measured brain activity. The shocking discovery was that people couldn’t help continuing the song in their heads because the auditory cortex remained active even when the music stopped.

What it means for you…

To put it in plain English, your brain has the ability to quickly and easily learn hundreds, if not thousands, of songs on virtual autopilot without having to work at it, and without slogging through a bunch of tab or confusing YouTube videos.

And once you unlock your brain’s true potential to hear and play songs by ear, you can learn virtually any song, in any style, in a matter of minutes, not weeks or months.

So then why can’t you hear and play songs in minutes, right now?

Great question. Here’s the answer.

You see, even though your brain has the ability to gobble up songs like a hungry dog, the ability to actually play the songs on guitar, requires a few more simple, but critical, steps.

You might be in the same position I was in right now, so you’ll know how maddeningly frustrating it is to not be able to play at the level you feel you can.

  • You can’t play the songs you want
  • You’re stuck playing the same old patterns, songs and licks
  • You feel like you’re letting your band or yourself down
  • You feel like you’re losing more and more motivation as each day goes by

All of this takes the FUN right out of playing guitar.

Here’s the thing though…It’s not YOUR fault…It’s the approach you’re using…

If you feel like you’re “stuck in a rut” at your current level, it’s not your lack of talent that’s holding you back, it’s your approach that’s keeping you there.

Here’s What You Can Do

Steve Stine, who was Professor of Modern Guitar Studies at North Dakota State University, decided to take his more than 27 years of teaching and playing experience to unlock the secrets top session guitarists use to learn and write songs fast.

The outcome was this…

A Step By Step Guide To “Crack the Code” In Your DNA

So You Can Play ANY Song at ANY time

Just By Listening To It

Summing it up, according to Professor Stine’s research, in order to rapidly and easily play your favorite songs on guitar, you just need to do four things:

Responsive image

One, stimulate your brain’s natural ability to produce the “feel good’ chemical dopamine, you need to first put down your guitar and just listen. Don’t even think about trying to play it until the core hooks of the song are deep in your mind, and you really feel that “surge” of emotion.

This is an absolutely critical step that most guitarists completely ignore. But it’s crucial because dopamine is responsible for not only helping us recognize the reward of learning to play the song, but it also helps us take action to actually achieve the goal.

Two, you need to apply the memory strategy of chunking to organize the chords of a song into nice, easy-to-remember progressions.

Three, you need to focus on the primary chords used in 95% of songs, and ignore the rest. Because even though there are an infinite number of possible chords, you just don’t need to know hundreds of different chords to play your favorite songs.

Four, you need to apply the principle of prediction so you can visualize chord changes before they even happen.

…In less than 2-hours you’ll have the knowledge and methods to

play guitar by ear

…In 14 days your friends and family will watch you in

jaw-dropping amazement as you figure out entire songs just

by listening to them a couple times

Song Secrets will allow you to burn through songs that once seemed impossible.

It starts from the ground up so don’t worry if you’ve only been playing simple chords and looking up tabs up till now.
