Steve has taught guitar for more than 30 years and has helped millions of players in over 100 countries. He earned his Music Education degree at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Later, he taught guitar at North Dakota State University. As a featured Guitar World instructor, his lessons ranked in the magazine's top 10 three years in a row. He has toured the U.S. and U.K. His co-writers include Brian May (Queen), Julian Lennon and Rick Springfield. He has also worked with Benjamin Orr (The Cars) and Steve Grimmett (Grim Reaper).
