How trials, billing and refunds work

Free trial
GuitarZoom Premium starts with a 14-day free trial. You pay nothing today. If you keep your membership after 14 days, your plan starts at $39 a month or $299 a year. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Renewals
Premium renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time. Just email support@guitarzoom.com and we'll take care of it.
Refunds
New purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Renewal payments aren't refundable, so cancel before your renewal date if you no longer need your plan. See our full refund policy.
